PAN Card PDF to Print Sheet – Cut Front and Back and Print on A4 or 4x6
Upload your e-PAN PDF, unlock it with the password, and the tool cuts the card front and back for you. Place them on an A4 or 4x6 inch sheet, fine-tune the size and download or print. Your PDF never leaves your browser.
Make Your PAN Card Sheet
1 Upload e-PAN PDF
For an e-PAN the password is normally the date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
2 Cut Area
The tool marks the front and back using the usual e-PAN layout. If the cut is slightly off, choose a side and adjust.
3 Text and Photo Style
Saturation 0% makes the photo black and white, above 100% makes the colours richer.
Photo area position
Move brightness right to lighten a dark photo. Raise contrast to make a flat photo clearer. Only the photo changes. The text and QR code stay as they are.
Use Bold when the text prints too light on PVC or plain paper. The QR code is never thickened, so it keeps scanning. Check the preview after changing it.
4 Sheet and Card
5 Preview and Download
Drag a card to move it on the sheet.
PVC Print Direct – cropped card only
The PDF has 2 pages, each exactly 85.6 x 54 mm at 600 DPI (front on page 1, back on page 2), with no white space. Your cut, bold and photo settings are included. In the PVC printer choose Actual size / 100%.
How to Use the Tool
- Download your e-PAN PDF from the official Income Tax e-filing portal or from the mail you received.
- Upload the PDF in the tool above. If it asks for a password, enter the date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
- Check the cut. The front and back of the card should appear on the sheet. Use the cut area sliders if an edge is missing.
- Choose paper and arrangement. Use A4 with the cards side by side, or 4x6 inch with the cards stacked.
- Adjust. Change size, gap, border and corners, or drag a card to a new spot.
- Download or print. Print the sheet at 100% scale and cut along the edges.
Printing Tips
- In the print window choose the same paper size as the sheet, set scale to 100% and turn off "fit to page".
- Pick the best quality or photo setting on the printer for sharper text.
- Print one test sheet on plain paper first and check that a card measures about 85.6 x 54 mm.
- Cut slightly inside the border line for a clean edge.
- Use the "Download sheet" button if you want to print from another device or a print shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my PAN PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and drawn inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our server. The tool only loads the free PDF reader script from a public library when you choose a file.
What is the password of my e-PAN PDF?
It is usually your date of birth written as DDMMYYYY. If it does not open, check the e-PAN mail or the e-PAN download page for the exact rule.
The cut is slightly off. What should I do?
Use the Cut Area sliders. Pick Front or Back and move the left, top, width and height until the card edges match.
Which sheet should I choose?
Pick A4 for a normal printer. Pick 4x6 inch for photo paper or a photo printer, where the two cards are stacked one below the other.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. You can upload, adjust and download on a mobile browser. For printing it is easier to download the sheet and print from a computer or a print shop.
