RGHS Card PVC Maker Tool – Print Your RGHS e-Card Front and Back on A4 or 4x6
Upload your RGHS e-Card PDF and the tool cuts the beneficiary card as the front and the family members panel as the back, both in standard PVC card size. Make the text bold or the photos brighter if they print dull, place both on an A4 or 4x6 inch sheet and download or print. Your PDF never leaves your browser.
Make Your RGHS Card Sheet
1 Upload RGHS e-Card PDF
Most RGHS e-Card PDFs open without a password. Enter one only if your file asks for it.
2 Cut Area
Front is the beneficiary card with the logo, details and photo. Back is the Eligible Family Members panel. If the cut is slightly off, choose a side and adjust.
3 Text and Photo Style
Move the slider right to brighten dark photos. Only the photos change, the text stays as it is.
Use Bold when the thin text prints too light on PVC or plain paper. Check the preview after changing it.
4 Sheet and Card
5 Preview and Download
Drag a card to move it on the sheet.
How to Use the Tool
- Download your RGHS e-Card PDF from the official RGHS portal after you log in.
- Upload the PDF in the tool above. If the file is protected, enter its password.
- Check front and back. The front shows the beneficiary card and the back shows the family members. Use the cut sliders if an edge is missing. If you have more members on page 2, change the PDF page number.
- Set the text style. Choose Bold if the text looks thin and use the photo brightness slider if a photo looks dark.
- Choose paper and shape. Use A4 for a normal printer. On 4x6 inch paper the two PVC cards are stacked, because they do not fit in one line. The cards come in the standard PVC size by default, with front and back in one line.
- Download or print the sheet at 100% scale and cut along the border.
Printing Tips
- In the print window choose the same paper size as the sheet, set scale to 100% and turn off "fit to page".
- Use the best print quality. For PVC or glossy sheets, Bold or Extra bold usually gives clearer text.
- Print one test sheet on plain paper first and check that the text and photos look right.
- Both cards use the same PVC size by default, so they cut out evenly.
- Use the "Download sheet" button if you want to print from another device or a print shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my RGHS PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and drawn inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our server. The tool only loads the free PDF reader script from a public library when you choose a file.
Which part is the front and which is the back?
The front is the RGHS e-Card box with the logo, card number and beneficiary photo. The back is the Eligible Family Members panel with the helpdesk line at the bottom.
What does the Bold text option do?
It thickens the thin letters and can darken light grey text, so the details stay readable after printing. Try Bold first and move to Extra bold only if needed.
My card has more than three family members.
Extra members may continue on the next PDF page. Change the PDF page number and cut that page as the back, then download it as a separate card.
The cut is slightly off. What should I do?
Use the Cut Area sliders. Pick Front or Back and move the left, top, width and height until the edges match.
