Your Shop Dashboard

Your data stays only in your own browser and is never uploaded. Connect Google Drive for automatic backup, or take a backup file regularly. Do not store Aadhaar numbers or other sensitive ID numbers in the notes.

What You Can Do

Customer register: name, mobile, work, fee and payment. Type a mobile number and the old customer is found instantly.
Daily work and payments: pending, in-progress and done, with today’s earning, monthly total and total udhaar.
WhatsApp updates: work-done, payment reminder and renewal messages open in WhatsApp with the text ready.
Shop profile: your shop name, address and shopkeeper name show on the dashboard and in your messages and posters.
Google Drive auto-backup: connect your Google account once and your data is backed up to your own Drive every 10 minutes.
Renewal button: set a reminder for 1 year later on any work and send the message when it is due.
Promotion: pick customers by service, use ready templates and make a poster to download.
Reminders and checklists: follow-ups, missing-document alerts and ready document checklists to send to the customer.

How to Start

Open Shop Profile and save your shop name, address, shopkeeper name and phone. Then connect Google Drive in Backup & Google Drive.
Open Rate List & Checklist and set your fee for each service. Tick Renewal for services that need renewing.
In Today’s Work, enter the customer’s mobile, choose the service and save the work.
Move the work to Done and send the WhatsApp message. Receive the payment with the ₹ button.
Check Reminders every morning and use Promotion when a new scheme or last date comes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my data saved?

Inside your own browser on the device you are using. It is not sent to any server. Use Backup to keep a copy or to move to another phone or computer.

Will the data be lost if I clear my browser?

Yes. Connect Google Drive or download a backup file first, and restore it later if needed.

Do the WhatsApp messages cost money?

No. The tool only opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and you press send yourself.

How does the renewal reminder work?

Press the 🔔 button on a work to set a reminder 1 year after its date. When it is due within 30 days it shows in Reminders, and you can send the renewal message.

Can I use it on two phones?

Each device keeps its own data. Use Backup and Restore to copy data from one device to another.
