Voter ID PVC Maker Tool – Print Your e-EPIC Front and Back on A4 or 4x6
Upload your Voter ID (e-EPIC) PDF and the tool cuts the card front with the photo and the card back with the address and QR code, both in standard PVC card size. Make the text bold, brighten the photo and set its contrast, then place both in one line on an A4 sheet and download or print. Your PDF never leaves your browser.
Make Your Voter ID Card Sheet
1 Upload Voter ID PDF
Most e-EPIC PDFs open without a password. Enter one only if your file asks for it.
2 Cut Area
Front is the card with the photo, EPIC number, name and date of birth. Back is the address side with the QR code. If the cut is slightly off, choose a side and adjust.
3 Text and Photo Style
Saturation 0% makes the photo black and white, above 100% makes the colours richer.
Photo area position
Move brightness right to lighten a dark photo. Raise contrast to make a flat photo clearer. Only the photos change. The text and QR code stay as they are.
Use Bold when the text prints too light on PVC or plain paper. The QR code is never thickened, so it keeps scanning. Check the preview after changing it.
4 Sheet and Card
5 Preview and Download
Drag a card to move it on the sheet.
PVC Print Direct – cropped card only
The PDF has 2 pages, each exactly 85.6 x 54 mm at 600 DPI (front on page 1, back on page 2), with no white space. Your cut, bold and photo settings are included. In the PVC printer choose Actual size / 100%.
How to Use the Tool
- Download your e-EPIC PDF from the Voter Helpline app or the official voters portal.
- Upload the PDF in the tool above. If the file is protected, enter its password.
- Check front and back. The front shows the photo side of the card and the back shows the address side with the QR code. Use the cut sliders if an edge is missing.
- Set the style. Choose Bold if the text looks thin, and use the photo brightness and contrast sliders if the photo looks dark or flat.
- Choose paper. A4 puts front and back in one line in standard PVC card size. On 4x6 inch the two cards are stacked, because they do not fit in one line.
- Download or print the sheet at 100% scale and cut along the border.
Printing Tips
- In the print window choose the same paper size as the sheet, set scale to 100% and turn off "fit to page".
- Use the best print quality. On PVC or glossy sheets, Bold usually gives clearer text.
- Keep the QR code clean and sharp. Do not add extra thickness or filters over it.
- Print one test sheet on plain paper first and check the photo and text.
- Use the "Download sheet" button if you want to print from another device or a print shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my Voter ID PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and drawn inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our server. The tool only loads the free PDF reader script from a public library when you choose a file.
Which part is the front and which is the back?
The front has the Election Commission heading, EPIC number, photo and name. The back has the address, the QR code, the officer details and the helpline footer.
What do the photo sliders change?
Brightness and contrast change only the photo areas on the front: the large photo and the small photo near the corner. Text, logo and the QR code are left as they are.
What does the Bold text option do?
It thickens the thin letters and can darken light text so the details stay readable after printing. The QR code and photos are protected from this change.
The cut is slightly off. What should I do?
Use the Cut Area sliders. Pick Front or Back and move the left, top, width and height until the card edges match.
Where can I download my e-EPIC?
You can download it from the official Voter Helpline app or the voters portal using your EPIC number or mobile number. Contact us if you need help with it.
