How to Apply (Ayushman PM-JAY)
- Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in or the Ayushman app.
- Log in with your mobile number and OTP.
- Select your state and search your name or family by the options shown.
- If you are eligible, tap to start e-KYC with Aadhaar OTP or face authentication.
- After approval, download the Ayushman card from the portal or app.
How to Apply in Rajasthan (MAA Yojana)
- Log in on sso.rajasthan.gov.in with your SSO ID.
- Open the MAA Yojana service.
- Fetch your family details using Jan Aadhaar.
- Complete e-KYC by e-sign. An e-Mitra operator can do it for you.
- Collect the acknowledgement or e-card.
How to Get Treatment
- Carry your Ayushman or MAA card, Aadhaar and Jan Aadhaar to an empanelled hospital.
- Meet the Ayushman Mitra or help desk and verify your identity.
- The hospital gets pre-authorisation and treats you cashless for covered packages.
- Keep the discharge summary and bills as proof.
