Steps to File Complaint Online
- Open cybercrime.gov.in and choose File a Complaint.

- Fill the incident details: date, time, amount, transaction ID, accused account or number.
- Upload evidence such as screenshots, bank SMS, chats and call logs.
- Submit and note the acknowledgement number.

- Inform your bank and ask them to block the card or account.
