Process to Get e-KYC Done

First check on the e-KYC page of food.rajasthan.gov.in, with district, ration card number and captcha, which member's e-KYC is pending.
Take all members whose e-KYC is pending, with their Aadhaar cards, to your ration dealer.
Get e-KYC done on the dealer's POS machine using the member's Aadhaar identification (fingerprint).
You can also do e-KYC through the Mera Ration 2.0 app. Verify with whichever identification method the app shows.
For children or elderly people whose fingerprints do not work, ask the dealer or food office about another method.
After e-KYC, check the status again on the e-KYC page to see that all members show as confirmed.

Common Problems and Solutions

Fingerprints not matching: This happens with manual workers or elderly people. Ask the dealer for another method or get biometrics updated at an Aadhaar centre.

Name not showing in status: Enter the correct district and ration card number. If it still does not show, contact the food office.
Member living outside: Ask on 14445 about e-KYC at a ration shop in any state under One Nation One Ration Card.

पहले food.rajasthan.gov.in के e-KYC पेज पर ज़िला, राशन कार्ड संख्या और कैप्चा डालकर देखें कि किस सदस्य की e-KYC बाकी है।
जिन सदस्यों की e-KYC बाकी है, उन सबको आधार कार्ड के साथ अपने राशन डीलर के पास ले जाएँ।
डीलर की POS मशीन पर सदस्य की आधार पहचान (उँगली के निशान) से e-KYC कराएँ।
चाहें तो Mera Ration 2.0 ऐप से भी e-KYC कर सकते हैं। ऐप में जो पहचान का तरीका दिखे, उसी से सत्यापन करें।
जिन बच्चों या बुज़ुर्गों के उँगली के निशान नहीं आते, उनके लिए डीलर या खाद्य कार्यालय से दूसरा तरीका पूछें।
e-KYC के बाद e-KYC पेज पर दोबारा स्टेटस जाँचें कि सभी सदस्यों की पुष्टि दिख रही है।
