How to Start Your Pension

1. First check that your name, date of birth, mobile number and bank details are correct in Jan Aadhaar. Correct them if not.
2. Go to the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) or the RajSSP portal (ssp.rajasthan.gov.in) and log in with your SSO ID. Register first if you do not have one.
3. Choose Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana from the pension list.
4. Fill in the form and upload scanned copies of the documents.
5. Submit and keep your application number.
6. Officials verify your application. Once it is approved, the pension is credited to your bank account every month by DBT.

Yearly Verification

Every pensioner must prove every year that they are alive and living in Rajasthan. The department sets the dates and deadline each year. For example, the deadline was 31 May in 2025, and in May 2026 the minister ordered district drives to verify pending pensioners within 15 days.

Ways to verify

• e-Mitra centre or kiosk: verification with thumb or iris biometric.
• Mobile app: the department's RAJSSP app lets pensioners verify with biometric or face recognition. Use only the official link given by the department.
• OTP by officers: authorised officers can verify beneficiaries through the Aadhaar-linked mobile number using OTP and other means, which helps those who cannot travel.

Steps at an e-Mitra centre

1. Take your Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar and pension details, and go to the nearest e-Mitra centre yourself. The pensioner must be present for biometric.
2. Ask the operator for the pension annual verification (Jeevan Praman).
3. The operator enters your Jan Aadhaar or pension details.
4. Give your thumb or iris biometric.
5. Collect and keep the receipt as proof of verification.

If Your Pension Has Stopped

1. Check your pension status on the RajSSP portal or with the e-Mitra operator.
2. If verification is pending, complete it at once at an e-Mitra centre or through the app.
3. If you were wrongly shown as deceased or your e-KYC failed, give a written complaint with your documents to the District Probation and Social Welfare Officer or the district Social Justice office, or complain on the Sampark helpline 181.
4. Keep every receipt. Once your verification is updated, the pension can be restarted by the department.

Common Problems and Solutions

• Fingerprint does not match: try iris or face verification, or ask the department for OTP-based verification by an officer.
• OTP not coming: your mobile number may not be linked with Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar. Update it.
• Pension not credited to the bank: make sure the bank account is linked with Aadhaar for DBT.
• Name or date of birth mismatch: correct it in Jan Aadhaar before applying or verifying.
• Moved house within Rajasthan: verification can be done at any e-Mitra centre in the state. If you move to another state permanently, the pension stops.
