How to Create SSO ID
- Open sso.rajasthan.gov.in and click Registration.
- Select Citizen (or Udyog or Government Employee).
- Choose how to verify: Aadhaar, Jan Aadhaar or Bhamashah, and enter the number.
- Verify your details and the mobile number with OTP.
- The portal shows or suggests your SSO ID (username). Create a strong password and confirm it.
- Click Register. Your SSO ID is ready. Note it down.

Forgot Password: How to Reset
- Open sso.rajasthan.gov.in and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your SSO ID and the captcha.
- Choose the recovery method: mobile number, personal email or Aadhaar ID/VID.
- Enter the OTP you receive.
- Create a new password and confirm it.
- Log in with the new password.
Forgot SSO ID: How to Get it Back
- On the login page click Forgot SSO ID (forgot my digital identity).
- Choose the method you used to register: mobile, email or Aadhaar ID/VID.
- Enter the number or ID and the captcha.
- Verify with OTP.
- Your SSO ID is shown or sent to you. Then reset the password if needed.
- If the registered mobile is lost, try the email or Aadhaar option, or visit e-Mitra for help with updating details.
SSO ID Merge Process
- Some people create more than one SSO ID by mistake, for example one as citizen and one as employee.
- Rajasthan SSO allows you to merge multiple SSO IDs into one from the profile settings.
- As per guides, a citizen SSO ID can be merged into a government-employee SSO ID, and the employee ID stays as the main one.
- Log in with the SSO ID you want to keep.
- Open Profile and find the Merge SSO ID option.
- Enter the SSO ID and password of the other account, and verify with OTP.
- Confirm the merge. The other ID is merged and deactivated.
- Check on screen: menu names, fees and steps on government portals can change. Follow what the official screen shows.

पासवर्ड भूल गए: रीसेट कैसे करें
- sso.rajasthan.gov.in खोलकर Forgot Password दबाएँ।
