Steps to Apply
- Log in on sso.rajasthan.gov.in and open the RGHS application, or go to rghs.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Choose your category: Serving Employee, Pensioner, AIS Officer, Ex-MLA or Serving Journalist.
- Enter your Employee ID (or PPO number) and click Verify.
- Check the details fetched and add dependent family members using their Jan Aadhaar details.
- Upload the documents or income declaration asked.
- Submit the application. It goes for verification by the department or DDO.
- After approval, download the RGHS e-card from the beneficiary section.
- Check on screen: menu names, fees and steps on government portals can change. Follow what the official screen shows.

How to Use the Card
- Go to a government or empanelled hospital and show your RGHS card with Aadhaar.
- For OPD, take the consultation or investigation slip at the RGHS counter.
- For IPD admission, give the RGHS card and ID. In emergencies, the card is enough and other documents can follow.
- Check your balance in the card tracker before treatment.

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है

- पोर्टल पर सूचीबद्ध AIS अधिकारी, पूर्व विधायक और कार्यरत पत्रकार।
- नियमों के अनुसार आश्रित परिजन। राज्य सरकारी कर्मचारी के लिए परिजन तभी आश्रित माना जाता है जब उसकी मासिक आय 6,000 रुपये तक हो, ग्रेच्युटी जैसी कुछ आय गिनी नहीं जाती।

आवेदन के स्टेप
- sso.rajasthan.gov.in पर लॉगिन करके RGHS एप्लिकेशन खोलें, या rghs.rajasthan.gov.in पर जाएँ।
- अपनी श्रेणी चुनें: कार्यरत कर्मचारी, पेंशनर, AIS अधिकारी, पूर्व विधायक या कार्यरत पत्रकार।

कार्ड का उपयोग कैसे करें
- सरकारी या सूचीबद्ध अस्पताल जाकर RGHS कार्ड और आधार दिखाएँ।
- OPD के लिए RGHS काउंटर से कंसल्टेशन या जाँच की पर्ची लें।
- IPD भर्ती के लिए RGHS कार्ड और ID दें। आपात स्थिति में कार्ड काफी है, बाकी दस्तावेज़ बाद में दे सकते हैं।
- इलाज से पहले कार्ड ट्रैकर में अपनी बची सीमा देखें।
