Eligibility Criteria

Driver: 7 years since first licence, of which 3 years HMV (not for ex-servicemen with HMV).
Driver-cum-Conductor: 5 years' experience driving heavy passenger vehicles (30+ seats), proved by Welfare Fund contribution or Government experience certificates.
Age: 21 to 55 years on the last date; no relaxation mentioned.
Physical: height 158 cm; chest 76 cm. Vision 6/6 distant and 0.5 near in each eye for driver posts, certified by a Government ophthalmologist.
Conductors need to read and write Malayalam and English. Police Clearance Certificate within 10 days if selected.
Persons removed from or who left KSRTC SWIFT without authorisation are not eligible.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

₹715 per 8-hour duty; overtime ₹130 per hour; kilometre, night and collection allowances; incentives; EPF and ESI.
Security deposit of ₹30,000 by demand draft, interest-free, refundable per contract.
Two-year service bond with at least 240 duties a year; otherwise the deposit is not refunded.
No permanency or guarantee of work; the post carries no right to appointment in any Government institution.

शारीरिक: ऊंचाई 158 सेमी; सीना 76 सेमी। ड्राइवर पदों के लिए प्रत्येक आंख में दूर की दृष्टि 6/6 और नजदीक 0.5, सरकारी नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ से प्रमाणित।
कंडक्टरों को मलयालम और अंग्रेजी पढ़ना-लिखना आना चाहिए। चयन होने पर 10 दिन में पुलिस क्लीयरेंस प्रमाणपत्र।
KSRTC SWIFT से हटाए गए या बिना अनुमति छोड़ने वाले पात्र नहीं।

वेतन एवं नियुक्ति की शर्तें

₹715 प्रति 8 घंटे की ड्यूटी; ओवरटाइम ₹130 प्रति घंटा; किलोमीटर, रात्रि और कलेक्शन भत्ते; इंसेंटिव; EPF और ESI।
₹30,000 की सुरक्षा राशि डिमांड ड्राफ्ट से, ब्याज रहित, अनुबंध के अनुसार वापसी योग्य।
दो वर्ष का सेवा बॉन्ड, वर्ष में कम से कम 240 ड्यूटी; अन्यथा राशि वापस नहीं होगी।
स्थायी नियुक्ति या काम की गारंटी नहीं; किसी सरकारी संस्थान में नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
