Age Limit
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 56 years as on 26 October 2026.
- You must not be born on or after 27 October 2008, and not before 26 October 1970.
- The notice gives no extra age relaxation for any category.
Eligibility
- Indian nationals only.
- You must have passed Inter CA or Inter CMA and have your final marks. Forms without final marks are not considered.
- No work experience is required. OBC benefits apply only to Non-Creamy Layer candidates on the central list.
- Women are encouraged to apply, though seats are not reserved by gender.

Selection Process
- Screening on aggregate marks of Inter CA / Inter CMA, in a 1:5 ratio
- Personal interview in virtual mode
- Certificate verification and medical examination
- Police verification and character certificate from the institute
How to Apply Online
- Open npcilcareers.co.in, click Apply, then Online Registration, and enter your name, date of birth, category, email and mobile number.
- Activate your account through the link sent to your email.
- Log in and fill in Educational Qualification, Personal Details, and Upload Photo and Signature, saving at every stage.
- Review the draft and submit. Nothing can be changed after submission, and an application number is emailed to you.
- Print the form and keep your login ID and password safe.
- Enter your exact Inter percentage. For example, do not round 49.99% to 50%.
- You can give a location preference, but shortlisting is on marks only and you are interviewed at one site of your choice.
- If you submit more than one form, only the latest one is considered. Category and registered email cannot be changed later.
Documents Needed
- At the interview: Aadhaar, the online application and a clear printout of the e-call letter.
- At verification and medical: originals, self-attested copies and a signed hard copy of the form.
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL) certificate in the Government of India format (OBC certificate issued on or after 1 April 2026), EWS income and asset certificate for 2026-27, and PwBD disability certificate, as applicable.
- Police verification certificate and a character certificate from the institute.
