Age and Eligibility

Age: minimum 40 and below 55 years as on 01.11.2026. No relaxation is printed.
Education: Graduate degree from a recognised university.
Experience: at least 5 years in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at AGM level or above in Public Sector Banks, or an equivalent senior position, including at least 1 year in Corporate Credit and 1 year in Risk Management.
Plus any one: GARP certification in financial risk, PRMIA certification, or 2 years as CRO of a regulated lending entity.
Preferred: CFA, CA, CMA, a postgraduate degree in finance/risk/management, or specialised risk certifications.
Serving government/PSU/bank employees must bring an NOC at the interview.

Pay and Terms

Pay and terms are negotiated according to suitability; no amount is printed.
No PF, gratuity, pension or other allowances.
30 days' paid leave per year, not more than 5 days at a time.
The engagement is purely contractual with no right to regular employment.

Selection Process

Scrutiny of applications against eligibility.
Shortlisting on experience, seniority, credentials and academics. Meeting minimum criteria gives no right to be called.
Interview before the Selection Committee. Final merit is on interview marks.
Verification of credentials, vigilance status and antecedents.
Call letters are sent by email only. No written test is mentioned.

अनुभव: सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में AGM या उससे ऊपर स्तर पर कॉर्पोरेट क्रेडिट व रिस्क मैनेजमेंट में कम से कम 5 वर्ष, या समकक्ष वरिष्ठ पद; इसमें कॉर्पोरेट क्रेडिट में 1 वर्ष और रिस्क मैनेजमेंट में 1 वर्ष जरूरी।
साथ में कोई एक: GARP का फाइनेंशियल रिस्क सर्टिफिकेशन, PRMIA सर्टिफिकेशन, या रेगुलेटेड लेंडिंग संस्था में 2 वर्ष CRO का अनुभव।
