Latest Updates
- This Devasthan Department scheme was already running. By the department's account, rail travel was included from 2013 and air travel from 2016. A pilgrim gets the benefit once in a lifetime.
- In 2026-27, 56,000 senior citizens are being taken on pilgrimage.
- Applications were taken from 27 May to 10 June 2026 (per secondary sources). Selection was by lottery and results are reported to be out.
- The age requirement is 60 or above as on 1 April 2026. Pilgrims aged 70 or above can take an attendant, whose costs the government also bears.
- A special "Somnath Swabhiman Parv Yatra" train was due to leave Jaipur on 5 June 2026, taking about 1,000 senior citizens to Dwarka, Nageshwar and Somnath.

- Log in with Jan Aadhaar or SSO and fill in the form. You can also apply at an e-Mitra centre.
- Upload the documents and submit the application.
- After the closing date, pilgrims are chosen by lottery.
- Selected pilgrims get the travel date and departure point on the portal.

- देवस्थान विभाग की यह योजना पहले से चल रही है। विभाग के अनुसार रेल यात्रा 2013 से और हवाई यात्रा 2016 से शामिल है। यात्री को जीवन में एक बार यात्रा का लाभ मिलता है।
- वर्ष 2026-27 में 56,000 वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को तीर्थ यात्रा कराई जा रही है।
- आवेदन 27 मई से 10 जून 2026 तक लिए गए थे (द्वितीयक स्रोतों के अनुसार)। चयन लॉटरी से हुआ और परिणाम जारी हो चुके बताए गए हैं।
- पात्रता की आयु 1 अप्रैल 2026 को 60 वर्ष या अधिक है। 70 वर्ष या अधिक आयु के यात्री एक सहायक साथ ले जा सकते हैं, जिसका खर्च भी सरकार उठाती है।
- पांच जून 2026 को जयपुर से "सोमनाथ स्वाभिमान पर्व यात्रा" की विशेष ट्रेन रवाना होनी थी, जिसमें लगभग 1,000 वरिष्ठ नागरिक द्वारका, नागेश्वर और सोमनाथ जाने वाले थे।
