Registered construction workers of Rajasthan, or their heirs, get financial help of up to Rs 5 lakh on death in an accident, and smaller amounts for disability, injury or natural death. Apply on the Rajasthan SSO portal or at an e-Mitra centre. The scheme is run by the Labour Department.

- Amounts unchanged: The pages we found show the same six amounts as below, and we found no revision notice. The latest guidelines we could see are dated December 2023. These amounts come from third-party pages and are not checked against the official order.
- Registration steps (July 2026 report): Workers register or renew on the SSO portal under the LDMS (Labour Department Management System), under the BOCW Act. A worker needs at least 90 days of construction work in the last 12 months, age 18 to 60, Aadhaar linked to a mobile number and a bank account. Welfare benefits need a separate application under Welfare Schemes in LDMS.
- Other benefits for registered workers named in the report: children's education and skill scholarships, Shubhshakti Yojana for daughters, maternity assistance and silicosis assistance. Amounts were not given.
- The scheme combined three earlier schemes: group insurance, immediate accident assistance, and funeral and ex gratia assistance.

Conditions
- Native (mool niwasi) of Rajasthan.
- Age between 18 and 60 years.
- Registered as a construction worker under Section 12 of the construction workers' law.
- Paying the contribution regularly.

- Workers below 18 or above 60.
- Death or injury due to suicide.
- Death due to drugs or intoxicating substances.
- Death or injury from fighting in violation of the law.
