Who Is Eligible
- Native of Rajasthan and a regular student in a government or recognised non-government higher or technical institute in Rajasthan.

- Parents' or guardian's annual income up to ₹2,50,000.
- Not receiving any other government scholarship.
- Savings account in a nationalised bank, valid Aadhaar and Jan Aadhaar card.

How to Apply
- Open the Higher Technical Medical Education portal and click Register/Login.
- New users: choose Registration, then Citizen, and register with Jan Aadhaar number.

- Upload documents and submit/save the form.
- The institute head verifies originals and forwards it to the district nodal officer.
