Started in 2022, the scheme reimburses the full course fee of girls studying UG, PG, diploma and certificate courses through distance education in state-funded universities, including IGNOU.

Who Is Eligible
- Applicant must be a female student and a native of Rajasthan.
- Enrolled in UG, PG, diploma, certificate or PG diploma through distance mode.
- Studying at a state-funded university or government institution in Rajasthan, including IGNOU.
- Students getting other fee reimbursement under state schemes in the same period are not eligible, but get the difference amount.
- Students with award/incentive scholarships are not excluded.
- Students eligible under Social Justice Dept. post-matric or other schemes get reimbursement through those, not this scheme.

How to Apply
- Register: open the official portal, click Register, reach the SSO page, choose Citizen and register with Jan Aadhaar or Google.
- Log in and open the dashboard; click DE-HE.
- Select Continue to RajSSP and click Apply for Scheme.
- From the list click Scholarship (SJE).
- Fill in all relevant details and click Submit.
- Renewal: after the academic year ends, submit the renewal on the same portal.

- इसी अवधि में राज्य की अन्य योजना से फीस प्रतिपूर्ति पा रही छात्राएँ पात्र नहीं, पर उन्हें अंतर राशि मिलेगी।
- पुरस्कार/प्रोत्साहन छात्रवृत्ति पाने वाली छात्राएँ बाहर नहीं हैं।
- सामाजिक न्याय विभाग की पोस्ट मैट्रिक या अन्य योजना में पात्र छात्रा को उसी योजना से प्रतिपूर्ति मिलेगी, इससे नहीं।
