Who Is Eligible
- Applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan and a journalist or litterateur.
- Should meet at least one condition: suffering from a serious illness needing treatment, unemployed due to ill health with no other income, aged 60 or more with no other income, or eligible on humanitarian grounds as recommended by the committee.

How to Apply

- Journalists' applications must be recommended by a recognised journalist body; writers' applications by the concerned literary academy.
