Who Is Eligible
- Any individual or MSME with an innovative idea can benefit, through a Host Institute.
- Host Institutes can be technical colleges, universities, other professional colleges or institutes, R&D institutes, NGOs working in incubation, MSME Development Institutes and technology centres, or institutes of the central or state government.
- Incubatees and eligible institutes from all states and union territories can take part.

- Host Institute recognition application with institute registration details
- Description of the idea and proof-of-concept plan
- Aadhaar and basic identity documents of the incubatee
- Plan and cost estimate for equipment (for capital support)
- Any other document asked in the scheme guidelines
How to Apply
- An eligible institute applies to be recognised as a Host Institute (Business Incubator).
- Individuals or MSMEs with an idea contact a recognised Host Institute.
- The Host Institute submits the idea for approval.
- After approval, the Host Institute gets assistance to nurture the idea.
- The Host Institute can also seek capital support for plant, machinery, hardware and software.
