Who Is Eligible
- Applicant must be a registered voluntary organisation, trust or NGO, working for at least 3 years.
- The organisation must be non-profit and focused on women's welfare, with a formal administrative committee.
- It must not be blacklisted or penalised by any government department.
- Women beneficiaries include widows, abandoned or destitute women, women released from jail without family support, victims of disaster, trafficking or violence, and women living with HIV/AIDS abandoned by family.
- Women needing institutional psychiatric care are not covered.

- किसी सरकारी विभाग द्वारा ब्लैकलिस्ट या दंडित न हो।
- लाभार्थी महिलाएँ: विधवा, परित्यक्ता या निराश्रित, बिना पारिवारिक सहारे के जेल से रिहा महिलाएँ, आपदा, तस्करी या हिंसा की पीड़िताएँ, और परिवार द्वारा त्यागी गई HIV/AIDS पीड़ित महिलाएँ।
