Eligible
- Anyone who takes a road accident victim to a government hospital in Rajasthan.

Not eligible
- Staff of 108 and 1033 ambulances
- Staff of private ambulances
- Police personnel on PCR vans or on duty
- Family members or close relatives of the injured person
Important Rules
- Serious injury: the helper gets Rs 5,000 plus the certificate. Serious means the patient needs immediate admission or admission on referral. The Casualty Medical Officer decides this.
- General injury: the helper gets only the certificate.
- Several helpers: the Rs 5,000 is divided equally, and each gets a separate certificate.
- The benefit is given only if the helper willingly shares their identity and personal details.
- The hospital cannot keep the helper against their wishes.
How to Claim the Benefit
- Take the injured person to a nearby government or private hospital without delay, ideally within the Golden Hour.
- After admission, meet the doctor on duty in the emergency room.
- The Casualty Medical Officer notes your name, age, gender, address, mobile number, email and bank details with IFSC code in the hospital record form (Appendix-1).
- The hospital emails the recommendation letter (Appendix-II) to the Director, Public Health within 3 days.
- Within 2 days of receiving it, the Director transfers Rs 5,000 to your bank account by DBT.
- Your certificate is sent by speed post to your address, and a digital copy comes by email or WhatsApp.
Keep your bank account active and your mobile number correct so the payment is not delayed.

लाभ कैसे मिलेगा
- घायल को बिना देरी, हो सके तो गोल्डन ऑवर में, नज़दीकी सरकारी या निजी अस्पताल पहुँचाएँ।
- भर्ती होने के बाद इमरजेंसी में तैनात डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें।
- कैसुअल्टी मेडिकल अफसर परिशिष्ट-1 में आपका नाम, आयु, जेंडर, पता, मोबाइल, ईमेल और आईएफएससी कोड सहित बैंक विवरण दर्ज करेगा।
- अस्पताल 3 दिन के भीतर अनुशंसा पत्र (परिशिष्ट-II) ईमेल से निदेशक, जन स्वास्थ्य को भेजेगा।
- पत्र मिलने के 2 दिन में निदेशक डीबीटी से ₹5,000 आपके बैंक खाते में भेजेंगे।
- प्रशस्ति पत्र स्पीड पोस्ट से आपके पते पर आएगा, और डिजिटल कॉपी ईमेल या व्हाट्सऐप पर भेजी जाएगी।
