Who Is Eligible
- Belong to a notified minority community.
- Passed the Prelims of UPSC, State PSC or SSC (CGL / CAPF).
- Family income not above Rs 8 lakh a year.
- Not taken this benefit earlier; it can be used only once and for one Prelims.
- Taking it twice means refund with 10% interest.

- Wait for the Ministry to announce reopening.
- Register on the Service Plus portal with email and mobile.
- Verify both OTPs and log in.

कौन पात्र है
