Under this Rajasthan Government scheme, meritorious girl students who continue into undergraduate study get a free scooty along with insurance, petrol and a helmet. Online applications for 2026-27 are open from 1 October to 30 November 2026 on the Rajasthan SSO portal.

Who Is Eligible
Basic conditions
- The student must be a native (mool niwasi) of Rajasthan and the scheme is only for girls.
- She must have passed class 12 as a regular student. Marks from compartment or supplementary exams are not counted.
- She must take regular admission in an undergraduate course at a college or university in Rajasthan.
- There must be no gap of one year between passing class 12 and taking undergraduate admission.
- Annual family income must not be more than Rs 2.5 lakh.

- Regular undergraduate courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BA-BEd, BSc-BEd, BCom-BEd, BE/BTech, BArch, MBBS, BBA, BBM, BCA, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and Law.
Other conditions
- For Scheduled Tribe students under the Tribal Area Development Department, the family must not be an income taxpayer.
- Students admitted under the Right to Education Act get priority within their category.
- Already receiving another scholarship does not make a student ineligible.
- Separate merit lists are made for Muslim, Jain and Sikh minority students.
- A student who got a scooty under another state scheme before this scheme started is not eligible.
Minimum marks only make you eligible to apply. Final selection depends on the cut-off in the merit list of your category, which can be higher than the minimum.

How to Apply Online
- Open the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and log in with your SSO ID and password.
- Open the Scholarship service on the SSO portal.
- Complete or update your student profile with the personal and academic details asked.
- From the list of schemes, choose Rajasthan Kali Bai Bheel Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana.
- Fill in your school, college and admission details, and the class 12 marks as asked in the form.
- Upload the documents that apply to your category.
- Check every detail and every uploaded document carefully before submitting.
- Submit the form online on or before 30 November 2026.
- Your college or the nodal officer will then verify the application and documents.
- The department prepares a provisional merit list. After checks and objections are resolved, it issues the final merit list.

कौन पात्र है
बुनियादी शर्तें
- छात्रा राजस्थान की मूल निवासी हो। यह योजना केवल छात्राओं के लिए है।
- छात्रा ने 12वीं कक्षा नियमित छात्रा के रूप में पास की हो। कंपार्टमेंट या पूरक परीक्षा के अंक गिने नहीं जाते।
- छात्रा ने राजस्थान के किसी कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय में स्नातक के किसी नियमित पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश लिया हो।
- 12वीं पास करने और स्नातक में प्रवेश के बीच एक साल का अंतराल नहीं होना चाहिए।
- परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹2.5 लाख से अधिक न हो।

- जनजातीय क्षेत्र विकास विभाग के अंतर्गत अनुसूचित जनजाति की छात्राओं के लिए परिवार का आयकरदाता न होना जरूरी है।
- शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत प्रवेश लेने वाली छात्राओं को अपनी श्रेणी में प्राथमिकता मिलती है।
- किसी दूसरी छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ मिल रहा हो तो भी छात्रा अपात्र नहीं होती।
- मुस्लिम, जैन और सिख अल्पसंख्यक छात्राओं की अलग-अलग मेरिट सूची बनती है।
- इस योजना के शुरू होने से पहले जिस छात्रा को राज्य की किसी अन्य योजना में स्कूटी मिल चुकी है, वह पात्र नहीं है।
न्यूनतम अंक केवल आवेदन की पात्रता देते हैं। अंतिम चयन अपनी श्रेणी की मेरिट सूची के कट-ऑफ पर निर्भर करता है, जो न्यूनतम अंकों से ज्यादा भी हो सकता है।
