This scheme gives women and girls free training in computer, accounting and spoken English courses through the Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL). The earlier Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana was closed and the scheme now continues under the new name Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana, with the same courses and eligibility. To sit in the exam you need at least 65% attendance. Attendance at IT Gyan Kendras is recorded by a biometric machine.

- Widowed, divorced and deserted women, and women affected by violence.
- Graduate Anganwadi women (RS-CIT).
- Girls who passed Class 10 or 12 from a government school and are graduates.
- Women aged 25 or above who passed Class 10 (RS-CIT) or Class 12 (RS-CFA / RS-CSEP).
- Graduate women and girls.

How to Apply Online
- Open the RKCL portal for the scheme and go to New Application.
- Register with your Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar details.
- Click on the course you want to join: RS-CIT, RS-CFA or RS-CSEP.
- Choose the training district and tehsil.
- Fill in your personal, education and contact details.
- Upload all the documents and submit the form.
- RKCL prepares the list, the Deputy Director / Assistant Director, Women Empowerment verifies it and a committee selects the beneficiaries. Selected candidates get free training.
Offline: take the course-wise form from your district WCD office, fill it, attach the documents and submit it at the same office.

- 25 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु की महिलाएं जिन्होंने 10वीं (RS-CIT) या 12वीं (RS-CFA / RS-CSEP) पास की है।
