Rajasthan Nirman Shramik Jeevan va Bhavishya Suraksha Yojana: Insurance and Pension Premium Paid by the Board
This scheme of the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board pays back the insurance and pension premium that a registered construction worker pays from their own bank account: 100% of the PMSBY premium, 50% of the PMJJBY premium and 50% of the Atal Pension Yojana contribution (for a Rs 1,000 monthly pension). Conditions
- Permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- Registered with the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Registration is for workers aged 18 to 60 with at least 90 days of construction work in the past year, and it has to be renewed periodically.
- Beneficiary of at least one of PMSBY, PMJJBY or Atal Pension Yojana.
- The premium or contribution must have been deducted for the year from your own account.
- Must have a personal savings account and a Jan Aadhaar card (Bhamashah details where asked).

How to Apply Online
- Register or log in on the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) using your Jan Aadhaar or Google ID.
- On the dashboard click the Labour Department Management System (LDMS) icon. If you are already registered, choose Yes and enter your LDMS details. This mapping is a one-time activity.
- Select BOCW and then choose the scheme application.
- From the list of schemes select Nirman Shramik Jeevan va Bhavishya Suraksha Yojana.
- Fill in your complete details and upload all documents.
- Submit the form. Officers review it and payment is made to the same account after approval.
You can also apply through an e-Mitra centre.
How to Apply Offline
- Get the application form from the Labour Department office of your district.
- Fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, address, registration number, date of premium deposit, Aadhaar, Bhamashah and bank details.
- Attach the documents and submit the form at the same office where you got it.
- Officers verify the form and the benefit is paid after approval.

शर्तें
- राजस्थान का मूल निवासी।
- राजस्थान भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण मंडल में पंजीकृत हो। पंजीकरण 18 से 60 वर्ष के उन श्रमिकों का होता है जिन्होंने पिछले साल कम से कम 90 दिन निर्माण कार्य किया हो, और इसका समय-समय पर नवीनीकरण कराना होता है।
- PMSBY, PMJJBY या अटल पेंशन योजना में से कम से कम एक का लाभार्थी हो।
- उस वर्ष का प्रीमियम या अंशदान आपके अपने खाते से कटा हो।
- अपना बचत खाता और जन आधार कार्ड होना चाहिए (जहां मांगा जाए वहां भामाशाह की जानकारी)।
