Environment
- Tree plantation, garden upkeep, watering plants on footpaths and dividers, nursery work, cleaning and planting at cemeteries.
Water conservation
- Desilting and cleaning ponds, tanks and stepwells, building and repairing rainwater harvesting structures, reviving water sources.
Cleanliness and sanitation
- Solid waste work, door-to-door collection and segregation, sorting at dumping sites and MRF centres, cleaning public toilets and drains, clearing weeds and construction debris.
Preventing defacement of property
- Removing encroachments and illegal boards or banners, painting roads, dividers, railings and walls.
Convergence work
- Labour work under PM Awas Yojana (Urban), Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, other central and state schemes and civic body projects.
Services, heritage and other work
- Work at cattle pounds and gaushalas, record keeping in civic offices, heritage conservation, guarding public land, parking management, managing stray animals, building model service centres and any work the state assigns.
How to Register and Get a Job Card
- Go to the Rajasthan SSO portal and log in. Create an SSO ID first with Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar if you do not have one. The username and password arrive by SMS after OTP verification.
- Select the Mukhyamantri Shahri Rozgar Guarantee Yojana section.
- Enter your Jan Aadhaar number or Jan Aadhaar registration number and verify the OTP.
- Select the family members aged 18 to 60 who can do manual work.
- Read the self-declaration and submit the form.
- You are now registered. Download the job card for yourself and the other members.
How to Apply for Work
- Open the official scheme portal and click Apply for Work.
- Enter your Jan Aadhaar number or enrolment ID and verify the OTP.
- Click on the job card application and enter the Jan Aadhaar number again.
- Your family details will appear. Select the eligible persons.
- Click Apply to submit. The concerned department will contact you by phone and give you work.
Work is to be provided within 15 days of your request, in your own ward or urban body area.
Important Rules
- Each family member does not need to apply separately. One member can create job cards for all eligible members.
- Only labour-based work is taken up under the scheme.
- Wages are paid into your bank account within 15 days.
- Complaints can be given to the District Collector or on toll-free 181 and must be resolved within 7 days.

- तालाब, टांके, बावड़ी, जोहड़ आदि की सफाई व गाद निकालना, रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग ढाँचों का निर्माण, मरम्मत व सफाई, जल स्रोतों का पुनरुद्धार।
स्वच्छता एवं सैनिटेशन
- ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन, घर-घर कचरा संग्रहण और पृथक्करण, डंपिंग साइट व एमआरएफ सेंटर पर छंटाई, सार्वजनिक शौचालय व नाली की सफाई, झाड़ी-घास और निर्माण मलबा हटाना।
संपत्ति विरूपण रोकना
- अतिक्रमण और अवैध बोर्ड-होर्डिंग-बैनर हटाना, सड़क, डिवाइडर, रेलिंग और दीवारों की पुताई।
कन्वर्जेन्स कार्य
- प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी), मुख्यमंत्री जन आवास योजना, अन्य केंद्र-राज्य योजनाओं और नगरीय निकाय के निर्माण कार्यों में श्रम कार्य।

पंजीकरण और जॉब कार्ड कैसे बनवाएँ
- राजस्थान SSO पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करें। SSO ID न हो तो पहले जन आधार या आधार से बनाएँ। OTP सत्यापन के बाद यूज़रनेम और पासवर्ड SMS से मिल जाएगा।
- मुख्यमंत्री शहरी रोज़गार गारंटी योजना सेक्शन चुनें।
- जन आधार नंबर या जन आधार पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज करें और OTP सत्यापित करें।
- परिवार के 18 से 60 वर्ष के उन सदस्यों को चुनें जो श्रम कर सकते हैं।
- स्व-घोषणा पत्र पढ़कर आवेदन सबमिट करें।
- पंजीकरण पूरा होने पर अपना और अन्य सदस्यों का जॉब कार्ड डाउनलोड करें।

- जन आधार नंबर या नामांकन आईडी दर्ज करें और OTP सत्यापित करें।

- परिवार की जानकारी दिखेगी। उसमें से पात्र सदस्य चुनें।
- आवेदन करें पर क्लिक करके सबमिट करें। संबंधित विभाग फ़ोन पर संपर्क कर आपको काम देगा।
काम माँगने के 15 दिन के भीतर, आपके अपने वार्ड या नगर निकाय क्षेत्र में काम दिया जाना है।
महत्वपूर्ण नियम
- हर सदस्य को अलग आवेदन की ज़रूरत नहीं। एक सदस्य सभी पात्र सदस्यों के जॉब कार्ड बना सकता है।
- योजना में केवल श्रम आधारित कार्य लिए जाते हैं।
- मज़दूरी 15 दिन में बैंक खाते में जमा होती है।
- शिकायत जिला कलेक्टर को या टोल फ्री 181 पर की जा सकती है और 7 दिन में निपटानी होती है।
