Who Is Eligible
- Native resident of Rajasthan.
- Registered with the Board for at least 1 year and paying contribution.

- Not already given a house under any other housing scheme.

How to Apply Online
- Go to the Rajasthan SSO portal and register using Jan Aadhaar or a Google ID, with your name and mobile number. Then log in with your user ID and password.
- Open the BOCW Welfare Board section and choose Rajasthan Nirman Shramik Sulabhya Awas Yojana from the list of schemes.
- Fill in the application form carefully and upload all required documents.
- Officers of the Labour Office and the Board Secretary check the application and documents.
- After verification, the benefit is given to the selected beneficiary.
