What Is This Scheme?
The state government launched this scheme as a joint effort of the College Education Department and RSLDC to make young people more employable. Skill Development Centres run inside college premises, where students pick a course that matches their interest.
The college provides space and basic facilities, while trainers and study material come from RSLDC. Courses have included computer skills, spoken English, communication and digital photography. Available courses can differ from college to college.

- We did not find any new official notification for this scheme. Please confirm current admissions and courses with RSLDC or your college.
- Rajasthan approved its Skill Development Policy 2025 in March 2025, with a focus on upskilling young people.
- Separate scheme: the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana (2026) sets the applicant age at 18 to 45 years and is stated to run until March 2029. Its conditions are different.

योजना क्या है
राज्य सरकार ने युवाओं को हुनरमंद बनाने के लिए यह योजना कॉलेज शिक्षा विभाग और RSLDC के साझा प्रयास से शुरू की। कॉलेज परिसर में स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर चलते हैं, जहाँ विद्यार्थी अपनी रुचि का कोर्स चुनकर सीखते हैं।
कॉलेज जगह और बुनियादी सुविधाएँ देता है, जबकि ट्रेनर और अध्ययन सामग्री RSLDC की ओर से मिलती है। कोर्स में कंप्यूटर, स्पोकन इंग्लिश, कम्युनिकेशन, डिजिटल फोटोग्राफी जैसे विषय शामिल रहे हैं। उपलब्ध कोर्स हर कॉलेज में अलग हो सकते हैं।

- ई-मित्र संचालक आपका फॉर्म ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर भरेगा। आवेदन निःशुल्क है।
- संबंधित अधिकारी आवेदन का सत्यापन करेंगे।
- सत्यापन के बाद आवेदन स्वीकृति के लिए आगे भेजा जाता है।
- मंजूरी मिलने पर आवेदक को सूचना दी जाती है।
