Eligibility
Main conditions
- The woman must be a domicile of Rajasthan.
- The woman must be at least 20 years old.
- The woman must not already have two or more children.
- The woman must not be defaulting on the monthly contribution to the Board's fund.

How to Apply Online
- Register on the Rajasthan SSO portal using Jan Aadhaar or a Google ID. You need to enter your name and mobile number.
- Log in with your user ID and password and open LDMS.
- Under Welfare Schemes → BOCW Welfare Board choose the Prasuti Sahayata Yojana.
- Fill in all the details in the application form and upload the required documents.
- Submit the application. Officials check the application and documents.
- After selection, the assistance amount is paid into the bank account in instalments.
For an offline application, take the form from the Labour Department office, fill in the personal and contact details and submit it there with all documents.

Why is the amount different for a son and a daughter?
- Under the scheme the third instalment is Rs 1,000 higher on the birth of a daughter, so the total is Rs 21,000.
Is the benefit given for a third child?
- No. A woman who already has two or more children is not eligible.
Is a hospital delivery necessary?
- Yes. A certificate of institutional delivery has to be submitted with the application.
