Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana 2026-27: Free Coaching for UPSC, RPSC, NEET, JEE and More, Eligibility and Online Apply
Under this Rajasthan Government scheme, eligible students get free coaching for competitive and professional entrance exams through selected coaching institutes. There are 30,000 coaching seats in total, and students who move to another city for coaching can get up to Rs 40,000 a year for stay and food.

The fee is paid by the government to the coaching institute, not to the student. It is paid in three instalments: 60% after 30 days of verified attendance, 35% after the coaching period is completed, and 5% after the minimum result condition is met.

Seats are shared among Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section, minority and differently-abled categories as per the set targets.
Who Is Eligible
Basic conditions
- The applicant must be a native (mool niwasi) of Rajasthan.
- The applicant must belong to an eligible category: Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section, minority or differently-abled.
- Annual family income must not be more than Rs 8 lakh.
- The applicant must meet the educational qualification and the exam-specific conditions in the table above.
- The applicant must not have taken free coaching under this scheme before.
- Regular employees of the central government, state government, public sector undertakings, boards or other government bodies are not eligible.
How the merit list is made
- Merit is based on the marks in the minimum qualifying exam (class 12 or class 10).
- For CBSE, the percentage is multiplied by 0.9. For RBSE, the percentage is taken as it is.
- The department tries to keep at least 50% women among the beneficiaries.
- After applications are checked, the district officer accepts or rejects each one within 15 days. The merit list is then sent to the coaching institutes.

How to Apply Online
- Open the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and register. Log in with the user ID and password you receive.
- After logging in, click SJMS, then choose Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana from the schemes run by the Social Justice Department.
- Select the login type Student.
- Fill in your personal details, bank account details and details of your passed exams and results. Upload the documents asked, such as Jan Aadhaar, income certificate, caste certificate, passing certificate, affidavit and EWS certificate if it applies.
- Click Submit. Your profile is created.
- From the dashboard, choose Apply Scheme and select the application against the name of the scheme.
- The form opens with basic details already filled in from Jan Aadhaar. Fill in the rest and click Proceed.
- On the next page, choose your exam, coaching institute and class-wise details, and upload the documents in the required format.
- Click Submit. You get an application number on screen, and also by SMS and email.
- You can log in to the portal later to check the status of your application.

कौन पात्र है
बुनियादी शर्तें
- आवेदक राजस्थान का मूल निवासी हो।
- आवेदक पात्र श्रेणी का हो: अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, अति पिछड़ा वर्ग, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग, अल्पसंख्यक या दिव्यांगजन।
- परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹8 लाख से ज्यादा न हो।
- आवेदक ऊपर की तालिका में बताई शैक्षणिक योग्यता और परीक्षा की विशेष शर्तें पूरी करता हो।
- आवेदक ने पहले इस योजना में मुफ्त कोचिंग न ली हो।
- केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों, मंडलों या अन्य सरकारी निकायों के नियमित कर्मचारी पात्र नहीं हैं।
मेरिट सूची कैसे बनती है
- मेरिट न्यूनतम योग्यता वाली परीक्षा (12वीं या 10वीं) के अंकों के आधार पर बनती है।
- CBSE के प्रतिशत को 0.9 से गुणा किया जाता है। RBSE का प्रतिशत जैसा है वैसा ही लिया जाता है।
- विभाग कोशिश करता है कि लाभार्थियों में कम से कम 50% छात्राएं हों।
- आवेदनों की जांच के बाद जिला अधिकारी 15 दिन में हर आवेदन को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करता है। फिर मेरिट सूची कोचिंग संस्थानों को भेज दी जाती है।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें
- राजस्थान SSO पोर्टल (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) खोलकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करें। मिले यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें।
- लॉगिन के बाद SJMS पर क्लिक करें और सामाजिक न्याय विभाग की योजनाओं में से मुख्यमंत्री अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना चुनें।
- लॉगिन प्रकार में छात्र चुनें।
- अपनी निजी जानकारी, बैंक खाते की जानकारी और पास की गई परीक्षाओं व परिणाम की जानकारी भरें। मांगे गए दस्तावेज अपलोड करें, जैसे जन आधार, आय प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, उत्तीर्ण परीक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र, शपथ पत्र और लागू हो तो EWS प्रमाण पत्र।
- Submit बटन दबाएं। आपकी प्रोफाइल बन जाएगी।
- डैशबोर्ड से अप्लाई स्कीम चुनें और योजना के नाम के सामने आवेदन चुनें।
- फॉर्म खुलेगा, जिसमें जन आधार से मिली मूल जानकारी पहले से भरी होगी। बाकी विवरण भरकर आगे बढ़ें चुनें।
- अगले पेज पर अपनी परीक्षा, कोचिंग संस्थान और कक्षा-वार विवरण चुनें और दस्तावेज तय प्रारूप में अपलोड करें।
- Submit पर क्लिक करें। स्क्रीन पर आवेदन संख्या मिलेगी और SMS व ईमेल से भी भेजी जाएगी।
- बाद में पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करके अपने आवेदन की स्थिति देख सकते हैं।
