Important Points About the Scheme
- Toolkits are purchased and distributed through the board/department. In some cases, handicraft artisans and Labour Department workers can buy the toolkit themselves and get reimbursed up to ₹5,000 on the bill.
- This is a Rajasthan Government scheme. The central PM Vishwakarma Yojana is separate and offers training, a toolkit incentive up to ₹15,000 and collateral-free loans.
- Before applying, check on the portal that the service for your board/category is open and that targets remain.

- Resident of Rajasthan.
- Belong to one of these groups: Shilp & Mati Kala Board, Kesh Kala Board, Vimukt-Ghumantu-Ardh-Ghumantu Welfare Board, artisans with an ID from the Industries Department/Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), women selected by Rajeevika/NULM, workers selected by the Labour Department.

How to Apply / Register
- Log in to the Rajasthan SSO portal with your SSO ID. Register first if you do not have one.
- Find the service for your category, such as the application for toolkit under Vishwakarma Kamgar Kalyan Yojana.
- Enter your Jan Aadhaar number to fetch details, fill the form and upload documents.
- Submit the application and keep the submission receipt safe.
- The committee of the concerned board/department (in districts, chaired by the DIC General Manager) verifies the application.
- A selection list and waiting list are prepared. Selected beneficiaries get the kit, or reimbursement on the bill is paid to the bank account.
Important Rules
- You can also apply at an e-Mitra centre. Tell the operator the toolkit service of your board and always take the acknowledgement.
- If applications exceed the target, selection is on a first come, first served basis.
- If the bill is above ₹5,000, the maximum paid is still ₹5,000.
- This is a one-time benefit. No monthly or recurring payment is made.

- आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष।
- जन आधार कार्ड हो।
- परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹3 लाख से कम।
- पिछले 2 वर्षों में केंद्र/राज्य सरकार से टूलकिट सहायता न ली हो।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- राजस्थान SSO पोर्टल पर अपनी SSO ID से लॉगिन करें। ID न हो तो पहले रजिस्ट्रेशन करें।
- अपनी श्रेणी की सेवा खोजें, जैसे विश्वकर्मा कामगार कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत टूलकिट हेतु आवेदन।

- लक्ष्य से अधिक आवेदन आने पर पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर चयन होता है।
- बिल ₹5,000 से अधिक हो तो भी अधिकतम ₹5,000 ही मिलेगा।
- यह एकमुश्त लाभ है। कोई मासिक या नियमित भुगतान नहीं होता।
