Rajasthan Lado Protsahan Yojana: ₹1.50 Lakh Support from a Girl's Birth to Graduation
The Rajasthan Government gives ₹1,50,000 in 7 instalments from a girl's birth until she completes her studies. The scheme has been in force statewide since 1 August 2024, and girls in recognised private schools are now included. The latest instalments, eligibility and process are below.

The first six instalments go to the parent's or guardian's bank account and the seventh to the girl's own account. Some older pages show a different split. The amounts above follow recent news reports, so confirm with the department before claiming an instalment.

Who Is Eligible
Eligible
- A daughter of a mother who is a native of Rajasthan.
- Born in a government hospital or a private hospital authorised under Janani Suraksha Yojana.
- Fully immunised, for the second instalment.
- Studying in a government or recognised private school, for the Class 1 to 12 instalments.
- Graduated and aged 21, for the seventh instalment.
Please Note
- One report says the scheme covers the first two living children of a family. Confirm this condition with the department.
- If a girl stops studying, later instalments may be withheld.

- Jan Aadhaar card and Aadhaar card
- Rajasthan residence or permanent residence certificate

- Mother-child health card (Mamta card)

How the Instalments Are Paid
- A pregnant woman can register under the scheme at her first ANC check-up.
- The health department records her details on the PCTS portal, and each girl gets a unique ID (PCTS ID).
- The first instalment comes at birth and the second at age 1 with full immunisation. No separate application is needed. The health card is shown for the second instalment.
- Instalments 3 to 6 come through the school. From 1 July 2026 these payments are to be made online through the School Darpan portal.
- For the seventh instalment, the Higher Education Department uploads the girl's graduation records, and the amount is paid into her account once she is eligible.
The girl's unique ID is needed at every instalment, so keep it safe.
Changes in 2025-26
- The support amount was raised from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.50 lakh.
- Girls in recognised private schools are now covered too.
- Under a June 2026 order, a revised procedure (SOP) applies from 1 July 2026. District Education Officers will enrol private-school girls.
- The Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana has been merged into this scheme.

पहली छह किश्तें माता-पिता या अभिभावक के बैंक खाते में और सातवीं किश्त बेटी के अपने खाते में आती है। कुछ पुराने पेजों पर किश्तों का बँटवारा अलग लिखा है। ऊपर की राशि हाल की समाचार रिपोर्टों के अनुसार है, इसलिए किश्त पाने से पहले विभाग से जाँच लें।

कौन पात्र है

- राजस्थान की मूल निवासी माँ की बेटी।
- बेटी का जन्म सरकारी अस्पताल या जननी सुरक्षा योजना में अधिकृत निजी अस्पताल में हुआ हो।
- दूसरी किश्त के लिए पूरा टीकाकरण हुआ हो।
- कक्षा 1 से 12 की किश्तों के लिए बेटी राजकीय या मान्यता प्राप्त निजी स्कूल में पढ़ती हो।
- सातवीं किश्त के लिए बेटी ने स्नातक पास किया हो और 21 वर्ष की हो।
ध्यान रखें
- एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार योजना परिवार के पहले दो जीवित बच्चों पर लागू है। यह शर्त विभाग से पक्की कर लें।
- पढ़ाई बीच में छूटने पर आगे की किश्तें रुक सकती हैं।

किश्त कैसे मिलती है
- गर्भवती महिला पहली ANC जाँच के समय योजना में पंजीकरण करा सकती है।
- स्वास्थ्य विभाग महिला का विवरण पीसीटीएस पोर्टल पर दर्ज करता है और हर बेटी को एक यूनिक आईडी (पीसीटीएस आईडी) मिलती है।
- पहली किश्त बेटी के जन्म पर और दूसरी किश्त 1 वर्ष और पूर्ण टीकाकरण पर आती है। इनके लिए अलग आवेदन नहीं करना पड़ता। दूसरी किश्त के समय स्वास्थ्य कार्ड दिखाना होता है।
- तीसरी से छठी किश्त स्कूल के माध्यम से मिलती है। 1 जुलाई 2026 से ये भुगतान स्कूल दर्पण पोर्टल से ऑनलाइन होंगे।
- सातवीं किश्त के लिए उच्च शिक्षा विभाग बेटी के स्नातक के दस्तावेज़ पोर्टल पर चढ़ाता है और पात्र होने पर राशि बेटी के खाते में आती है।
हर किश्त पर बेटी की यूनिक आईडी ज़रूरी है, इसलिए उसे सुरक्षित रखें।
2025-26 के बदलाव
- सहायता राशि ₹1 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹1.50 लाख की गई है।
- मान्यता प्राप्त निजी स्कूलों की छात्राएँ भी अब योजना में शामिल हैं।
- जून 2026 के आदेश के अनुसार नई कार्यप्रणाली (SOP) 1 जुलाई 2026 से लागू होगी। निजी स्कूलों की छात्राओं का नामांकन संबंधित ज़िला शिक्षा अधिकारी करेंगे।
- मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना को इस योजना में मिला दिया गया है।
