Every company needs an annual audit. We handle auditor appointment, audit, ADT-1 and your ROC filings so you stay compliant.
What is a Company (Statutory) Audit?
A statutory audit is an independent examination of a company’s financial statements by a practising Chartered Accountant. The auditor gives an opinion on whether the accounts present a true and fair view.
