What is Tea Board Registration?

The Tea Board of India is a statutory body set up under the Tea Act, 1953. It issues activity-based registrations and licences, so a tea grower, buyer, manufacturer, warehouse operator or exporter may each need a different approval. They are issued under the Tea Act and control orders such as the Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 2003 and the Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005.

A manufacturer registration and an exporter licence are separate. An IEC alone does not allow tea export where a Tea Board licence is required.

Application form signed and sealed by the proprietor, partner, director or authorised signatory
PAN, ID proof and address proof of the applicant and business
GST registration showing tea as a commodity dealt in (for buyer registration)
IEC and bank details (for exporters)
Business registration papers, and factory or premises details (for manufacturers and warehouses)
Exporter licence copy (for RCMC)

टी बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया चाय अधिनियम, 1953 के तहत बनी एक वैधानिक संस्था है। यह गतिविधि-आधारित पंजीयन और लाइसेंस देती है, इसलिए चाय उत्पादक, बायर, निर्माता, वेयरहाउस संचालक या निर्यातक को अलग-अलग अनुमति चाहिए हो सकती है। ये चाय अधिनियम और चाय (विपणन) नियंत्रण आदेश, 2003 तथा चाय (वितरण और निर्यात) नियंत्रण आदेश, 2005 जैसे आदेशों के तहत जारी होते हैं।

मैन्युफैक्चरर रजिस्ट्रेशन	चाय फैक्ट्री और निर्माण इकाइयां
वेयरहाउस और अन्य लाइसेंस	वेयरहाउस संचालक, ब्रोकर, फ्लेवर्ड-टी और टी-वेस्ट के व्यापारी

मैन्युफैक्चरर रजिस्ट्रेशन और एक्सपोर्टर लाइसेंस अलग-अलग हैं। जहां टी बोर्ड लाइसेंस ज़रूरी है, वहां सिर्फ IEC से चाय निर्यात नहीं हो सकता।

प्रोपराइटर, पार्टनर, डायरेक्टर या अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित और मुहर लगा आवेदन फॉर्म
आवेदक और कारोबार का PAN, ID प्रूफ और पता प्रमाण
GST रजिस्ट्रेशन, जिसमें चाय एक कमोडिटी के रूप में दर्ज हो (बायर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए)
IEC और बैंक विवरण (निर्यातकों के लिए)
कारोबार पंजीकरण के कागज़ात, तथा फैक्ट्री या परिसर की जानकारी (निर्माता और वेयरहाउस के लिए)
एक्सपोर्टर लाइसेंस की प्रति (RCMC के लिए)
