UCO Bank has issued an advertisement for 530 apprentice posts for FY 2026-27. Young graduates can apply online from 14 to 29 October 2026. A stipend of Rs 16,650 a month is paid during the one-year training and selection will be through an online exam on 7 November.

Eligibility and Age
- A graduate whose degree is dated 1 April 2022 or later.
- Age 20 to 28 years as on 1 October 2026.
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 to 15 years for persons with disabilities depending on category.
- Higher upper age for divorced, legally separated and widowed women (not remarried): as per the newspaper, 35 for General/EWS, 38 for OBC and 40 for SC/ST.
- Registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal is required.
Exam Pattern and Selection
- A 60-minute exam with 100 questions, 100 marks.
- 25 questions each in four sections: General and Financial Awareness, English, Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, and Numerical Aptitude.
- General and Financial Awareness questions will be in Hindi and English.
- Qualifying marks are 40 for General/EWS and 35 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD (as per the newspaper).
- After the exam, document verification, a local language check and a medical test follow.
How to Apply
- Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
- Select UCO Bank's apprentice vacancy.
- Complete the application and enter details on the Banking Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC) website (beep.bfsissc.com).
- Pay the fee online.
- Keep the application and fee acknowledgement safe.
- The exam link will arrive by email; take the online test on 7 November through it.
Both the application and the fee must be completed by 29 October.
