Prices from Rs 38.50 lakh to Rs 1.05 crore, including leftover flats of Greenwood Horizon in Pratap Nagar
The Rajasthan Housing Board will start registration from 17 October for four new housing schemes in Jaipur, Kishangarh and Bhiwadi. Interested applicants can register till 16 November. Flats are priced from Rs 38.50 lakh to Rs 1.05 crore.
Details of the four schemes
- Jaipur, Indira Gandhi Nagar: 144 three-bedroom MIG-B flats for accredited journalists. Estimated price Rs 74.68 lakh.
- Kishangarh, Khoda Ganesh Road (Phase 4): 90 independent houses: 26 MIG-A, 40 MIG-B and 24 HIG. Price Rs 40 lakh to Rs 68.50 lakh.
- Jaipur, Pratap Nagar Sector-28 (Greenwood Horizon): 146 flats left after the first registration. Price Rs 73.80 lakh to Rs 1.05 crore.
- Bhiwadi, Aravali Vihar: 77 flats. Price Rs 38.50 lakh to Rs 63.35 lakh.
Preparation before applying
- Aadhaar, PAN, residence proof and income proof (to decide the income group).
- Caste certificate if applicable, passport-size photograph and signature.
- Arrange the registration/application fee and deposit. Check exact amounts in the scheme brochure.
- For the journalists' scheme, proof of being an accredited journalist.
Process
- After 17 October, read the scheme brochure and terms on the Rajasthan Housing Board's official website or portal.
- Choose the scheme as per your income category (MIG-A/B or HIG).
- Fill the online form, upload documents and pay the fee.
- Complete registration before 16 November and keep the receipt.
Latest update: The Board will also lay the foundation stone of the Greenwood Horizon project in Pratap Nagar and inaugurate two new community centres. Note: the report states 649 flats in total, but adding the scheme-wise figures gives 457. Check the Housing Board's official notice for the exact number.
