Rajasthan PG Admission 2026-27: Online Application for Postgraduate (Previous / Semester-I) in Government Colleges

The Commissionerate of College Education, Rajasthan, has released the schedule for the online admission process to Postgraduate (Previous / Semester-I) courses in government PG colleges for the 2026-27 session. Find the dates, fee deposit process, required documents and how to apply below.

Admission Fee and How to Pay

  • After your name appears in the merit list, you must deposit the fee at e-Mitra. The last date is 13 October 2026 (Tuesday).
  • The last date for original certificate verification is also 13 October 2026, so complete both tasks on time.
  • If you have a bank account, keep the account number, bank name, branch and IFSC code with you. If you do not have one, carry the details of the account into which you want any fee refund.
The schedule letter does not state the fee amount. The fee can differ by subject and college, so please get the exact amount from your college's admission page or the admission policy.

Documents and Details to Keep Ready

  1. Photo: A passport-size colour photo that is not more than 6 months old (to scan and upload), or a soft copy of a recent photo.
  2. Signature: A scan of your full signature made with a black ball pen on white paper.
  3. Qualifying exam details: The year of passing and roll number of the exam on which you are seeking admission.
  4. Mobile number: The number on which you want admission updates. It should be yours or a family member's, not anyone else's.
  5. Identity: Jan Aadhaar number, Aadhaar number or registration number.
  6. Email and Voter ID: Create your own email ID, because notifications will be sent to it.
  7. Marksheets: Secondary marksheet and the senior secondary or qualifying exam marksheet.
  8. Category certificates: A caste certificate for SC, ST, OBC and MBC (non-creamy layer), and an income and asset certificate for the Economically Weaker Section.
  9. Special certificates: Authorised certificates for bonus benefits, Kashmir valley displaced persons and Kashmiri Pandit or Kashmiri Hindu families (non-displaced), natives of Assam, and wards of defence service personnel.
  10. Subject choice: Choose your optional subjects only after checking the subjects and combinations available in your college.
  11. Parent details: Mobile and landline number of a parent or guardian, plus the father's or guardian's annual income.
  12. Bank details: Account number, bank name, branch name and IFSC code.
Important: An OBC or MBC non-creamy layer certificate is valid for one year. Applicants who passed before 2024, and those who passed from a board other than the Rajasthan Board, must upload a scan of their marksheet.

Certificates for Bonus Marks

  • If you qualify for bonus marks under the admission policy, upload a scan of the relevant certificate.
  • Only one benefit, the highest one, is given from the activities in rules 6.7.1 to 6.7.10, such as sports, NCC, NSS, mountaineering, rock climbing, wall climbing, Rover Ranger and Scouts and Guides. So upload only the certificate with the maximum bonus.
  • Before uploading, make sure the officer who issued the certificate is authorised to do so.
  • If a certificate has the officer's signature on the back, scan both sides and upload them together as one file.

How to Apply Online for PG Admission 2026-27

  1. Type https://www.hte.rajasthan.gov.in in your browser's address bar to open the Higher and Technical Education web portal.
  2. Click the Admissions button and choose Department of College Education.
  3. Use the Rajasthan SSO portal, sso.rajasthan.gov.in, for the online application (see the "Apply Online" button below).
  4. Fill in the admission form through the page link of the college where you want to take admission.
  5. Enter your personal details, educational details and subject choices.
  6. Scan and upload your photo, signature and the required certificates.
  7. Check everything carefully, submit the form and keep a copy.
Submit the form before the last date, 3 October 2026. The portal gets crowded on the final day, so prepare in advance.

प्रवेश शुल्क और भुगतान कैसे करें

  • वरीयता सूची में नाम आने के बाद अभ्यर्थी को e-Mitra पर शुल्क जमा करना होगा। इसकी अंतिम तारीख 13 अक्टूबर 2026 (मंगलवार) है।
  • मूल प्रमाण-पत्रों की जाँच की अंतिम तिथि भी 13 अक्टूबर 2026 है, इसलिए दोनों काम समय पर पूरे करें।
  • अगर आपका बैंक खाता है तो खाता संख्या, बैंक का नाम, शाखा और IFSC कोड साथ रखें। अगर आपका खाता नहीं है, तो उस खाते का विवरण ले जाएँ जिसमें आप शुल्क वापसी चाहते हैं।
जारी किए गए कार्यक्रम पत्र में शुल्क की राशि नहीं दी गई है। राशि विषय और महाविद्यालय के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है, इसलिए सही शुल्क की जानकारी अपने महाविद्यालय के प्रवेश पेज या प्रवेश नीति से लें।

आवेदन से पहले तैयार रखने वाले दस्तावेज़ और जानकारी

  1. फोटो: 6 माह से अधिक पुरानी न हो ऐसी पासपोर्ट साइज़ रंगीन फोटो (स्कैन करके अपलोड करने के लिए), या पहले खींची गई फोटो की सॉफ्ट कॉपी।
  2. हस्ताक्षर: काले बॉल पेन से सफेद कागज़ पर किए गए पूरे हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन कॉपी।
  3. अर्हकारी परीक्षा की जानकारी: जिस परीक्षा के आधार पर प्रवेश ले रहे हैं, उसे उत्तीर्ण करने का वर्ष और रोल नंबर।
  4. मोबाइल नंबर: जिस नंबर पर प्रवेश की सूचना चाहिए, वह खुद का या परिवार के सदस्य का हो, किसी अन्य का नहीं।
  5. पहचान: जनआधार नंबर, आधार नंबर या पंजीयन संख्या।
  6. ई-मेल और वोटर ID: अभ्यर्थी की अपनी ई-मेल ID ज़रूर बनवाएँ, क्योंकि सूचना उसी पर भेजी जाएगी।
  7. अंकतालिकाएँ: सैकण्डरी की अंकतालिका और सीनियर सैकण्डरी या अर्हकारी परीक्षा की अंकतालिका।
  8. श्रेणी प्रमाण-पत्र: SC, ST, OBC और अति पिछड़ा वर्ग (क्रीमी लेयर को छोड़कर) के लिए जाति प्रमाण-पत्र, तथा आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए आय और परिसम्पत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र।
  9. विशेष प्रमाण-पत्र: बोनस लाभ के लिए अधिकृत प्रमाण-पत्र, कश्मीरी घाटी विस्थापित और कश्मीरी पंडित या कश्मीरी हिन्दू परिवार (गैर विस्थापित) या असम मूल निवासी होने पर संबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र, और प्रतिरक्षा सेवाकर्मी वार्ड होने पर संबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र।
  10. विषय चयन: ऐच्छिक विषय के लिए अपने महाविद्यालय में उपलब्ध विषय और विषय संयोजन देखकर ही चयन करें।
  11. अभिभावक की जानकारी: माता, पिता या संरक्षक का मोबाइल नंबर और लैंडलाइन नंबर, साथ ही पिता या संरक्षक की वार्षिक आय।
  12. बैंक विवरण: खाता संख्या, बैंक का नाम, शाखा का नाम और IFSC कोड।
ज़रूरी नोट: OBC या MBC के नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर का प्रमाण-पत्र एक वर्ष के लिए मान्य है। वर्ष 2024 से पहले उत्तीर्ण आवेदकों को और राजस्थान बोर्ड के अलावा अन्य बोर्ड से परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वालों को अंकतालिका की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करनी होगी।

बोनस अंक के लिए प्रमाण-पत्र

  • अगर आप प्रवेश नीति के नियमों के अनुसार बोनस अंक पाने के पात्र हैं, तो संबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करें।
  • खेलकूद, NCC, NSS, पर्वतारोहण, शिलारोहण, वालक्लाइम्बिंग, रोवर रेंजर और स्काउट गाइड जैसी शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों से जुड़े नियम 6.7.1 से 6.7.10 में बताए लाभों में से सिर्फ एक, जो सबसे अधिक हो, मिलेगा। इसलिए अधिकतम बोनस वाला प्रमाण-पत्र ही अपलोड करें।
  • प्रमाण-पत्र अपलोड करने से पहले पक्का कर लें कि उसे जारी करने वाला अधिकारी इसके लिए अधिकृत है।
  • जिन प्रमाण-पत्रों के पीछे अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर हैं, उन्हें दोनों तरफ से (आगे और पीछे) स्कैन करके एक ही फाइल बनाकर अपलोड करें।

PG प्रवेश 2026-27 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें

  1. ब्राउज़र के address bar में https://www.hte.rajasthan.gov.in टाइप करें। इससे उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग का वेब पोर्टल खुलेगा।
  2. प्रवेश के लिए Admissions बटन पर क्लिक करें और Department of College Education चुनें।
  3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए राजस्थान SSO पोर्टल sso.rajasthan.gov.in का इस्तेमाल करें (नीचे दिया "ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें" बटन)।
  4. जिस महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश लेना है, उसी महाविद्यालय के पेज लिंक से प्रवेश फॉर्म भरें।
  5. अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, शैक्षणिक विवरण और विषय का चयन भरें।
  6. फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और ज़रूरी प्रमाण-पत्र स्कैन करके अपलोड करें।
