About the Two Schemes

1. Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana

This scheme is for meritorious girl students of Rajasthan, to encourage them to study and continue into higher education by helping with transport. Eligible students get a scooty under the scheme.

2. Devnarayan Chhatra Scooty evam Protsahan Rashi Yojana

This is a separate scheme of the same department for eligible girl students, with a scooty or an incentive amount as per the scheme rules. Read the official notice to see which option applies to you.

Both schemes are applied for online through the same Rajasthan SSO and scholarship portal route. You select the scheme you are eligible for while filling the form.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)

The applicant must be a girl student and a resident of Rajasthan.
She must have passed the qualifying exam with the minimum marks fixed in the scheme guidelines. In earlier years a minimum percentage was required in the Class 12 board exam, so check the exact percentage for your board in the 2026-27 notice.
She should be taking regular admission in a college under the Department of College Education.
Devnarayan scheme applicants must belong to the categories named in that scheme's guidelines.
A student can benefit from the scheme only once, so do not apply for the same benefit twice.

Important: The marks, income and category conditions can change every year. Confirm them from the official notice on the Higher and Technical Education portal before you apply.

Documents and Details to Keep Ready

Jan Aadhaar and Aadhaar: Jan Aadhaar number and Aadhaar details of the student.
SSO ID: A working Rajasthan SSO ID and password, with the mobile number linked to it.
Qualifying exam marksheet: Class 12 marksheet with roll number and year of passing.
College details: Name of the college, class and subjects in which you have taken admission, and your enrollment details.
Domicile proof: Document showing you are a resident of Rajasthan, if the form asks for it.
Category certificate: Caste certificate or other certificate if you are applying under a specific category.
Bank account: Account number, bank name, branch and IFSC code, preferably in the student's own name.
Photo and signature: A recent passport-size photo and a scanned signature, if requested.

Scan every document clearly and keep the file size small, so that uploads do not fail.

How to Apply Online for Scooty Yojana 2026-27

Open the Rajasthan SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in and log in with your SSO ID and password. Create an SSO ID first if you do not have one.
From the list of applications, open the Scholarship (College Education) service.
Choose the scheme: Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana or Devnarayan Chhatra Scooty evam Protsahan Rashi Yojana.
Fill in your personal, educational, college and bank details carefully.
Upload the required documents, photo and signature.
Check every detail, submit the form and note your application number.
Take a printout or save the PDF of the submitted application, and follow up with your college for verification.

Submit the form before 30 November 2026. Incomplete forms or forms with wrong details may be rejected during verification.

दोनों योजनाओं की जानकारी

1. कालीबाई भील मेधावी छात्रा स्कूटी योजना

यह योजना राजस्थान की मेधावी छात्राओं के लिए है, ताकि आने-जाने की सुविधा देकर उन्हें पढ़ाई और उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके। पात्र छात्राओं को योजना के तहत स्कूटी दी जाती है।

2. देवनारायण छात्रा स्कूटी एवं प्रोत्साहन राशि योजना

यह उसी विभाग की अलग योजना है, जिसमें पात्र छात्राओं को योजना के नियमों के अनुसार स्कूटी या प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाती है। आपके लिए कौन सा विकल्प लागू है, यह आधिकारिक सूचना में देखें।

दोनों योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन एक ही राजस्थान SSO और स्कॉलरशिप पोर्टल की प्रक्रिया से ऑनलाइन होते हैं। फॉर्म भरते समय आप अपनी पात्रता वाली योजना चुनते हैं।

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है? (पात्रता)

आवेदक छात्रा हो और राजस्थान की निवासी हो।
योजना के दिशा-निर्देशों में तय न्यूनतम अंकों के साथ पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो। पिछले वर्षों में कक्षा 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा में न्यूनतम प्रतिशत जरूरी था, इसलिए अपने बोर्ड का सही प्रतिशत 2026-27 की सूचना में जांचें।
कॉलेज शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत किसी कॉलेज में नियमित प्रवेश लिया हो।
देवनारायण योजना के आवेदक उसी योजना के दिशा-निर्देशों में बताई गई श्रेणियों से होने चाहिए।
एक छात्रा को योजना का लाभ केवल एक बार मिलता है, इसलिए एक ही लाभ के लिए दो बार आवेदन न करें।

जरूरी: अंक, आय और श्रेणी की शर्तें हर साल बदल सकती हैं। आवेदन से पहले उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा पोर्टल पर आधिकारिक सूचना से इन्हें जरूर जांच लें।

आवेदन के लिए जरूरी दस्तावेज और जानकारी

जन आधार और आधार: छात्रा का जन आधार नंबर और आधार विवरण।
SSO आईडी: चालू राजस्थान SSO आईडी, पासवर्ड और उससे जुड़ा मोबाइल नंबर।
पात्रता परीक्षा की अंकतालिका: रोल नंबर और उत्तीर्ण वर्ष सहित कक्षा 12वीं की मार्कशीट।
कॉलेज की जानकारी: जिस कॉलेज, कक्षा और विषयों में प्रवेश लिया है उनका विवरण और नामांकन की जानकारी।
मूल निवास प्रमाण: राजस्थान की निवासी होने का प्रमाण, यदि फॉर्म में मांगा जाए।
श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र: किसी विशेष श्रेणी में आवेदन करने पर जाति प्रमाण पत्र या अन्य प्रमाण पत्र।
बैंक खाता: खाता नंबर, बैंक का नाम, शाखा और आईएफएससी कोड, बेहतर है कि खाता छात्रा के अपने नाम से हो।
फोटो और हस्ताक्षर: हाल की पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो और स्कैन किए हुए हस्ताक्षर, यदि मांगे जाएं।

हर दस्तावेज साफ स्कैन करें और फाइल का साइज छोटा रखें, ताकि अपलोड में दिक्कत न आए।

स्कूटी योजना 2026-27 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें

राजस्थान SSO पोर्टल sso.rajasthan.gov.in खोलें और अपनी SSO आईडी व पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें। आईडी न हो तो पहले SSO आईडी बनाएं।
एप्लिकेशन की सूची में से स्कॉलरशिप (कॉलेज शिक्षा) सेवा खोलें।
योजना चुनें: कालीबाई भील मेधावी छात्रा स्कूटी योजना या देवनारायण छात्रा स्कूटी एवं प्रोत्साहन राशि योजना।
व्यक्तिगत, शैक्षणिक, कॉलेज और बैंक की जानकारी ध्यान से भरें।
मांगे गए दस्तावेज, फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करें।
सभी जानकारी जांचकर फॉर्म सबमिट करें और आवेदन संख्या नोट कर लें।
जमा किए गए आवेदन का प्रिंटआउट लें या पीडीएफ सेव करें और सत्यापन के लिए अपने कॉलेज से संपर्क रखें।
